Welcome Tenno, here you are going to find all the information you need to beat the Eidolon Vomvalyst in Planes of Eidolon.
Eidolon Vomvalyst
The Eidolon Vomvalyst are the remnants of a Sentient Army which fought in the Plains of Eidolon against the Orokin Empire. These enemies use both, their physical strength and their capability to enter and exit the Void, thus avoiding being destroyed in the physical plane.
The Vomvalysts appear only during the night in the Plains, and you can find them (whether you want or not) patrolling the Plains looking for targets to eliminate, like wraiths trying to settle up with the living.
Their shape and blue glow are the unique traits which will allow you to recognize them in an instant at long range. The Eidolon Vomvalysts usually move in pairs, although you can find groups of more than five.

Confrontation: Eidolon Vomvalyst
Before the fight against these enemies you need to know that they will be invincible if you don’t have the firepower of your Operator, something you don’t get until you have completed the Quests “Saya’s Vigil” and “The War Within”.
When you have completed this Quests you can enter the Quills chamber in Cetus, where is Quill Onkko, the representative of the Quills faction.
Once you are able to use your Operator and you have your first AMP (the modular weapons for your Operator), the combat will be divided in two stages:
First stage: Weaken the physical body of the Eidolon Vomvalyst. To do that you can use any kind of damage, forcing the Vomvalyst to enter in the Void.

Second stage: Once the Eidolon Vomvalyst is inside the Void it only be vulnerable to the power of your Operator, which can be or not channeled an enhanced by a AMP.

Rewards: Eidolon Vomvalyst
The main reward you can get from the Eidolon Vomvalyst are Intact Sentient Cores, which can be used to increase your Standing with the Quills Faction.
As always, we hope this information is useful and helps you in your development as a Warframe players. If you see a mistake or missing information let us know through the comments below.
