Welcome to a new threat Tenno. The Arbiters of Hexis have created a new challenge to all Tenno who have unlocked all missions of the Origin System. These new missions are some kind of Elite Alerts, lethal for anyone who dares to try them without the proper preparation.
As always, a new threat usually comes with new rewards, of which we will talk later. But now let’s try to explain the basics.
The Arbitration missions will unlock automatically when you complete all the missions of the Origin System. This means that you need to successfully complete at least one time all the missions available on each planet.
You can identify quickly the uncompleted missions for its blue glow in the node and a “throbbing” sound you can listen when you are in the navigation menu.
Arbitration missions are Alerts which appear in your navigation menu along with the other Alert missions. It could be said that these are “Elite Alerts” due to the high difficulty you can found there, because, among other things, the enemies start with level 60-80.
Something that put you in tension for sure is that it is not possible to revive if you die during the mission. In these missions you die directly without going to the bleed out status we are used to and from which you can recover thanks to your squadmates.
These missions change randomly among Survival, Defense, Interception, Defection, Infested Salvage and Excavation. These are the missions known as “endless”, in which the rotations happen every so often granting us some juicy rewards.
Something peculiar about these missions is that the rotations are ABCC-C, changing from one to other in twice as long as in the normal missions. This means each 10 minutes in Survival missions, 10 waves in Defense missions, etc.
A positive change, knowing that these are high difficulty missions, is that once you reach rotation C, all subsequent rotations will be C.
You can also see that each time an Arbitration Alert pops up, appear a Warframe and Weapon modifiers. These modifiers gives you a fearsome extra strength and are totally random.
During the Arbitration Alerts you will face Arbitration Shield Drones. These Drones protect any enemy in its area of effect, absorbing all damage of your weapons and canceling the effects of your warframe abilities. So, if you see one of them it must be your first priority to eliminate it immediately.
The necessary energy for that are so high that when you destroy one of these Drones the explosion usually kill everyone it was protecting. A Double-edged weapon that can be an interesting advantage if you know how seize it.
When you complete the Rotations you will receive on of the possible rewards, being each rotation more likely to obtain powerful mods which can only be found in these missions or trading with other Tenno. Apart from these mods, you will also get Endo and some Ayatan Sculptures.
Something positive due to the difficulty of these kind of missions are that if you die after completing a rotation, you will get the rotation rewards and the reward obtained by finishing the Arbitration mission.
Apart form the credits you will also get one Vitus Essence per Rotation completed. The Vitus Essence is a resource you use to trade with the Arbiters of Hexis on any relay and allow you to buy some gear. The most interesting of all they offer are two new mods, besides cosmetics and ship decorations.
And that’s all we can tell about the Arbitration Alerts. We hope this information was helpful for you, and if you see any mistake or missing information let us know through the comments below.
Make them repent, Tenno.
